methodologies indicated on the various supply
specifications ?
• during process while mechanical and assembly
working stages are carried out ?
• final checks on assembled product for clearance
verification and correct working.

These activities are supported by a metallurgical
laboratory and a metrological room within the
Company.

The metallurgical laboratory allows the chemical
analysis of raw material, structure check after
heat-treatment, and measure of surface-hardness,
micro-hardness and effective depths.

In the metrological room, dimension and geometry
checks are performed on rings during the various
working stages as well as calibration of samples
used to check current-use measure gauges.

If requested by customers, the Quality Control
Department will issue a quality and compliance
certificate including the results and data concerning
the main features checked.
